When I started college, I wanted to write novels. Then I wanted to be an English teacher. Then and English professor. After that, I wanted to be a nutritionist. Then I wanted to be cool. Then I took sociology, and I wanted to be a sociology professor. Then I wanted to be a social worker. Then I wanted to be a lawyer and, eventually, a judge for Child Protective Services. Later, I thought about playing water polo. Then I wanted to be a school counselor. Then I wanted to be a full-time camp counselor. Then I wanted to be brunette. Then I wanted to be in a sorority, to replace camp. Then I said, "Fuck it." Then I wanted to go live in a cave somewhere. Then I wanted to be a chef. Then I wanted to teach little kids. Then I wanted to speak French really well. At one point, I wanted to move to Chicago. Then I kind of was interested in teaching older kids. Then I wished I had blonde hair again.

"Wanted" to move to Chicago? That should not be in past tense.
Also, I wish you had blonde hair again, as well. It's nice.
When I started college, I wanted to speak French really well, and be a high school English teacher in France. Then I wanted to go into advertising because I hated bad commercials on TV and would be able to travel a lot and afford Prada. Then I wanted to go into cultural anthropology and travel the world to study...well, cultures, and be really poor. After that, I wanted to drop out and be a hair dresser/ make-up artist for the stars. Then, I wanted to be a middle school teacher to live the camp life forever, but decided against it because of public school systems and the inability to up a leave on a whim. Then I wanted to be a ranch hand out west and ride horses all day every day. Then I wanted to be a freelance journalist so that I didn't have anybody to answer to, and could travel the world. Then, I thought I wanted to go to a school with a real "campus" along with a feeling of community among the students; I thought I really needed a school with a football team so that I could get that "college" experience. So then I looked up schools around the country with beautiful campuses and decent footbal teams. Anybody willing to visit North Carolina? Then I realized that I cannot be in the same place for a long time.
