sleeping...it doesn't make you gain weight...unless you have eaten a lot before doing it.. -jamie j (romo's gf)

It's a close call, but I would have to go with sleeping as well. I often feel guilty after eating a lot or eating something "unhealthy," but I never feel guilty for sleeping. It's amazing.

Don't worry, eating, I still love you.
