Children

I have been prompted to write. For once, I really have nothing to write about. I know! I'll share with you the funniest thing that happened to me this week. Bet you didn't see that coming...

For my education class this semester I'm helping in a special ed classroom. There are 6 kids; 5 are in second grade and there's one kindergartener. They are challenging to work with but, naturally, quite hilarious. On Thursday I was walking around the room helping the kids with their "personal narratives" when I came across:

MY DOG TITS FARTS ALOT SMELLY DOG

Yes, this child had scrawled this, in letters 3 inches high, on the cover of his book. It was his title.

I bit my tounge. I thought about dead kittens and poverty. I did everything in my power not to die laughing as I helped this poor kid add a "u" between the last t and s of "tits."

The dog's name is Titus.

(And he farts a lot)
